I haven't posted in awhile so I thought I would show you a few pictures of me and the girls at my parents cabin. Wes had to work so I took the girls up there for a few days without him. It was beautiful weather and the girls had a blast exploring the outside.

(FYI...... I didn't cut Brinlees bangs that way.... that was Lina's handy work!)

My bestest friend just taught me how to work my camera in Manual Mode. This has always intimidated me but with her help I now feel like it's something that I can figure out. Here are a few pictures I took of the girls with my new knowledge. I love how the rich the photos look and how crisp their eyes turned out. I can't wait to get this manual thing down to a perfection. For the first time since I bought my camera 7 years ago I feel like I'm actually using it the way it was intended.

I feel truly blessed to have such beautiful pictures of my girls to treasure forever and I owe it all to 2Gphotography!! It's awesomel to know someone with such wonderful photography skills:). Thanks Missy for all the work you did with these picture!

I Love the summer! There are way too many things to do.

It's a bummer that it goes so fast.

First time Fishing with Grandpa

We aways love getting out on Grandpa's boat. But, this time was extra special because Lina got to use her fishing poll for the FIRST time! I sat back and enjoyed the sun with my mom while the men got their fingers dirty with worm guts:) he he. Gotta love watching a slimy worm get hooked while it's still alive. nasty...... After about 15 min the kids were bored b/c the fish weren't biting so we went for a boat ride instead.

I love it when the weather is nice. The kids get their energy out and they can play with their cousin without getting too cramped up in the house. I can't wait for more days like this!
