Our Christmas morning was a little anti-climatic. Lina woke up Christmas Eve night sick and the whole night we were up with her so we didn't get much sleep. We woke up around 9:00 AM and went out to see what Santa brought. Brinlee ran right past the toys and hid on the couch while Lina, very slowly, walked around the corner to see her toys. It could have been that we were tired or that our kids are still to little to understand the excitement of Christmas morning, but it wasn't the big reaction that I was hoping for. But, it didn't take the girls long to figured out how fun it is to open gifts and they had a ball playing with everything they received.

Just checked out your site for the 1st time. Amber, you're incredible the way you post & keep everyone updated on you & Wes & the girls! Missed you on Christmas Eve. Deb, Rod, Em, Mark, Ryker, Amy & Amelia came over Christmas day, toting their crock pot with ham & a big pan of potatoes & all the rest of their meal cuz they lost electricity for awhile. Pretty bad when I have to wait for my sister to lose electricity to see the fam on Christmas day! lol It was fun. Take care - love you guys, Aunt Pat
what a fun christmas! making cookies looked like fun!!!!!!
Christmas morning wasn't the same without you guys! Roni loves the pictures of the girls and "wants a computer and baby in a car seat"! I bet it felt a little weird (yet very nice) that you didn't wake up to 20 degree weather. We love you and hope you have a wonderful New Year!!
Looks like you had a nice Christmas- how great that you made cookies together!!!
